DOLPHIN HV

Marine electronic constant-current driver designed to power Power LEDs in interior environments on yachts. It is part of the Dolphin family, characterized by high reliability in marine environments and equipped with advanced protection features.

Adjustable Marine Electronic Power Supplies – Multi-Current / Multi-Voltage DC for Power LEDs

  • Independent IP20 power supply, for indoor use.
  • Multi-power power supply with DIP switches for output current selection.
  • Active PFC.

0–100% brightness control via PUSH function (mains voltage: 170 kΩ):

  • short press: switch on/off;
  • long press: increase or decrease light intensity;
  • adjustment automatically stops at minimum and maximum values;
  • for a new on, dimming, or off command, release the button and issue the desired command again.
  • Maximum cable length from the pushbutton to the last power supply: 15 m.
  • For installations exceeding 15 m, keep this cable separate from the 110–240 V mains cable.
  • PUSH function usable with up to 4–5 power supplies without synchronization cable (see technical specifications for details).
  • Synchronization cable supplied separately.
  • Up to 10 power supplies connected in series, controlled from one or more pushbuttons.
  • WARNING: use only normally open pushbuttons without integrated indicator lights.
  • 0–100% brightness adjustment via PUSH function, 1–10 V interface (I = 0.35 mA), or 100 kΩ potentiometer.
  • Class II protection against electric shock from direct and indirect contact.
  • Regulated output current ±5%, including temperature variations.
  • Supplied with terminal cover and cable gland.
  • Input and output terminals on the same side (maximum cable section: 1.5 mm²).
  • Cable glands on primary and secondary for cable diameters from 3 mm to 8 mm.
  • Mounting via slotted holes for screws.

Protections:

  • thermal and short-circuit protection;
  • protection against mains overvoltage;
  • overload protection.
  • Secondary-side on/off capability for current-driven LEDs (Power LEDs).
  • Suitable for powering Power LEDs.
